SUMMARY

The eumesta project was originally named "Euro Media Standards", and was initiated by the Austrian VET-institute Berufsförderungsinstitut (BFI) Salzburg. The project started in October 2004 and final results are expected at the end of the project in March 2007.

Partners from six European Countries have collaborated on the project - Austria, Estonia, Germany, Romania, Spain and the United Kingdom. Our partners and advisors include institutions of initial and further vocational education and training, higher education institutions, employer and employee associations and media professionals. All partners cooperated in the product development and design, as well as the interim and final evaluation processes.
